Exhibiting

World of Bluegrass week features a 100 plus booth bluegrass exhibit hall throughout the week.  Conference Attendees and Fan Fest ticket buyers can visit with representatives from all aspects of the industry including artists, record companies, magazines, retailers, luthiers and more!

Companies can choose which audience is most suited to who they want to reach, professionals in the industry during the Business Conference or our wonderful fans who attend Fan Fest.  Some companies may have a desire to reach both - therefore exhbiting for the entire week.

The following documents will help you make all your exhibit plans!

2010 Exhibitor Guidelines includes (just about) everything you need to know!  Pricing, terms, space use, credentials, schedule, security, loading dock, and MORE!  (Revised 7/6/2010)

Exhibit Application starts the process to get your booth assigned! Fill out and return the application to jill@ibma.org or fax to: 615-256-0450.  The application lets us know what your needs are and the kind of space you are lookng for!  Actual booth assignments will be made based on your needs and requests, according to availability.  See below for more information on how booth assignments are determined.

2010 Exhibit Hall Map.  This is the base (starting) map for the 2010 events.  The map is subject to availability and change according to sales and needs of space.  It is flexible and gives you a visual of what to expect the hall layout to look like.

We want your exhibit experience to be the best it can be!  We've added several "events" to take place inside the exhibit hall this year including the Gig Fair, Mentor Sessions, networking events and more to promote traffic!

If you have any questions or needs regarding exhibiting, contact Jill Crabtree at jill@ibma.org or 615-256-3222.

Booth Assignment

Booth assignments are made in priority to 1) sponsors of the event and 2) prior year exhibitors.  Prior year exhibitors will have a 30 day reservation period (deadline typically around June 30) to secure space with preference consideration for location or configuration requests.  New exhibitors will be offered best available on a first come, first served basis after prior year exhibitors have been set. To determine new booth assignments, show management will individually communicate with each applicant to let them know availability, neighboring booths (if known), and together, will determine the best possible location.  Exhibitor space will remain open and for sale until show management deems the hall “sold out.”  Availability of certain booth types or exhibit times may be limited.
